Job Responsibilities:
∎ To prepare Lesson plan, Teaching aid, Multimedia contents, Question paper, Effective class management, Modern exam system, Various debate.
∎ To maintain and follow of NCTB curriculum, guidelines, syllabus, lesson plan & mark distribution etc.
∎ To lead and guide the teachers and student to make number 1 school in that area.
∎ To maintain complete confidentiality of information related to the students and teachers conduct of school operations.
∎ To respect all the student and teacher of their ethnicities and cultures regardless.
∎ Attending /participating in the activities/program/seminar/workshop as on when required.
∎ To execute interactive and innovative teaching ideas for the school.
∎ To follow the rules, policies and guidelines of Bijeshwar Abdul Monem High School and Education Board.
∎ All academic responsibilities related to students exam, parents dealing and other duties as the position requires.
∎ Love to accept the challenges to make the school successful.
