Role Overview
The Growth Marketing Manager owns lead generation, demand generation, funnel optimization,
brand growth, and revenue-focused marketing initiatives at ADEVS.
This is not a social media posting role.
You will be responsible for building a predictable flow of qualified leads for software development
and enterprise consulting services through SEO, content marketing, outbound campaigns, paid
advertising, partnerships, marketing automation, and growth experiments.
You will manage execution through internal team members, external resources, and AI-powered
tools while remaining accountable for measurable business outcomes.
Success will be measured by pipeline growth, qualified leads, meetings booked, conversion rates,
and marketing-attributed revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
Growth Strategy & Ownership
Own marketing-driven lead generation targets
Build and execute monthly and quarterly growth strategies
Identify new customer acquisition opportunities
Develop scalable marketing systems and processes
Prioritize initiatives based on business impact and ROI
Report directly to company leadership on growth performance
Lead Generation & Demand Generation
Generate qualified B2B leads for software development and enterprise services
Develop inbound and outbound lead generation strategies
Improve marketing-to-sales conversion rates
Build campaigns targeting CEOs, Founders, CTOs, CIOs, IT Directors, and decision-makers
Collaborate with business development teams to improve pipeline quality
Required Experience & Skills:
4–7+ years of experience in Growth Marketing, Demand Generation, Digital Marketing, or
Revenue Marketing
Experience working in B2B Software, SaaS, IT Services, Technology, or Consulting industries
Proven track record of generating qualified leads and business opportunities
Strong understanding of SEO, Content Marketing, Lead Generation, and Paid Advertising
Experience managing Google Ads and LinkedIn campaigns
Experience building and optimizing conversion funnels
Strong understanding of CRM systems and marketing automation
Experience managing small marketing teams
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
Ability to make decisions based on data and performance metrics
Preferred Skills:
Experience with Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, or similar SEO platforms
Experience with HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Salesforce, or Pipedrive
Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator
Experience with Apollo, Clay, Instantly, Lemlist, or similar outbound tools
Experience with Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and Search Console
Experience marketing software development and technology services
Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, Jasper, or similar
platforms
