Responsibilities & Context: Job Overview We are seeking an execution-focused Digital Marketing Officer to drive organic traffic to our website and manage our Facebook presence. Your primary mission will be twofold: optimizing our website so we rank at the top of Google search results for immigration queries, and actively engaging with prospective clients who are searching for Canadian immigration advice on Facebook. You will combine organic content creation with targeted paid boosting to grow our client base. Core Responsibilities SEO & Website Growth: Conduct keyword research on common Canadian immigration questions (e.g., Express Entry requirements, PNP updates) and optimize our website content to rank higher on Google. Facebook Page & Community Management: Write, design, and schedule daily educational Facebook posts. Actively monitor, answer questions, and engage with prospective clients in the comments and in relevant immigration-focused Facebook groups. Targeted Paid Boosting: Manage a monthly budget to boost high-performing Facebook posts. Set up precise audience targeting to reach specific demographics and geographic regions looking to move to Canada. Lead Capture & Routing: Ensure Facebook messages, comments, and website inquiries from interested prospects are captured and promptly routed to our consulting team. Growth Tracking: Monitor and report on basic digital growth metrics, including website traffic, Facebook page engagement, and the number of inbound inquiries generated. Communication Skills: Ability to write clear, accurate, and professional English. Because you will be interacting directly with prospects on social media, writing with patience and empathy is essential. Graphic Design (Basic): Ability to use tools like Canvas to quickly create visually clean, professional graphics and images for Facebook posts.
