Responsibilities & Context: Location: Shombhugonj, Sadar, Mymensingh/remote Employment Type: Full-time Office Time: 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM Key Responsibilities: Design creative social media posts, banners, posters, flyers, brochures, advertisements, and marketing materials. Create professional graphics for Facebook, YouTube, websites, and other digital platforms. Design branding materials such as logos, business cards, letterheads, company profiles, ID cards, and presentations. Prepare designs for both digital use and print production. Work with the marketing, sales, and development teams to create visual content for campaigns and company products. Maintain brand consistency across all designs. Edit, resize, and retouch images when required. Create attractive promotional materials for software, website, ERP, education management, and other IT solutions. Understand design briefs and deliver creative output within deadlines. Stay updated with modern design trends, typography, color combinations, and layout styles. Required Skills: Strong knowledge of Adobe Photoshop. Strong knowledge of Adobe Illustrator. Good sense of typography, color, spacing, layout, and composition. Ability to design social media posts, banners, flyers, posters, and branding materials. Basic knowledge of Canva, Figma, or similar design tools will be an advantage. Ability to create clean, modern, and professional designs. Good understanding of digital and print design requirements. Creative thinking and attention to detail. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Basic understanding of social media content design. Additional Skills: Knowledge of video editing will be a plus. Knowledge of motion graphics will be an advantage. Experience with UI/UX design will be preferred. Ability to use AI tools for creative design ideas will be considered a plus. Photography or photo editing skills will be an added advantage. Educational qualification may be relaxed for highly skilled candidates with a strong portfolio. Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in graphic design is preferred. Freshers with excellent creative skills and a strong portfolio are also encouraged to apply. Candidate Requirements: Must be creative, responsible, and punctual. Must have a strong portfolio of previous design work. Must be able to understand client and company requirements.
