Role Overview We are hiring a Senior Full-Stack Developer with 3–5+ years of professional experience in Laravel and modern web technologies. You will be responsible for designing, developing, maintaining, and optimizing enterprise-grade web applications, APIs, integrations, and backend systems. You will work closely with project managers, frontend developers, mobile developers, QA engineers, and DevOps teams to deliver secure, scalable, and maintainable software solutions. This role requires strong backend expertise, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to take ownership of projects from planning to deployment. Key Responsibilities: Backend Development Develop and maintain scalable Laravel applications Design clean, reusable, and maintainable application architecture Build secure and high-performance RESTful APIs Implement business logic following industry best practices Develop multi-tenant and enterprise-level applications Optimize application performance and scalability API Development & Integration: Design and develop REST APIs for web and mobile applications Implement API authentication using JWT, Sanctum, Passport, or OAuth Integrate third-party services and APIs Build payment integrations such as Stripe, Square, Authorize.net, or similar platforms Integrate communication services such as Twilio, SendGrid, AWS SES, Firebase, and Push Notifications Create API documentation and maintain version control Database Design & Optimization: Design efficient database structures Write optimized SQL queries Perform query tuning and indexing Create database migrations and schema updates Ensure database security and data integrity Work with large-scale datasets and transactional systems Preferred Skills: Docker and Containerization CI/CD Pipelines GitHub Actions Microservices Architecture Elasticsearch / OpenSearch WebSocket and Real-Time Systems Flutter API Integration Experience Experience with POS, ERP, CRM, HRM, SaaS, or eCommerce Systems Unit Testing and Automated Testing AI API Integrations (OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, etc.) Qualifications: Minimum 3 years of professional Laravel development experience Proven experience building and maintaining production systems Strong understanding of software engineering principles Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects
