∎ A candidate bearing professional qualification of fellow Chartered Accountant (FCA)/Fellow Cost and Management Accountant (FCMA).
∎ Skills Required: Group of Companies

∎ At least 20 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Battery, Storage cell, Dry cell (Battery), Jute Goods/ Jute Yarn, Manufacturing (Light Engineering & Heavy Industry), Plastic/ Polymer Industry, Trading or Export/Import
Job Context:
∎ Main Purpose of the position: Effective cost control, risk management and planning organization financial strategies.
∎ The Basic Functions: As CFO, the Incumbent is responsible for managing the overall day-to-day operations and strategic functions of Finance, Accounts, and Tax & VAT departments by monitoring a large group of employees in both the head office and factories.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Handle Group Accounts & Finance.
∎ Ensure & Submit monthly, quarterly & yearly financial & others related report to Management.
∎ Costing, Fund Management, Payroll management, Investment, Tax, VAT, Banking issue, budget, Production analysis, Inventory, Business planning analysis, CapEx analysis, New project analysis, Audit, Cost control, Asset Management,
∎ As a Head of the accounts & finance, accountable for the entire financial and risk management operations of the companies, to include the development of a financial and operational strategy, metrics tied to that strategy, and the ongoing development and monitoring of control systems designed to preserve company assets and report accurate financial results.
∎ This position is accountable for the ongoing analysis of process constrains, target costing projects, margin analysis, and tracing costs back to underlying activities and construct and monitor those cost-effective data accumulation systems needed to provide an appropriate level of costing information to the Matrix Management.
∎ Assist in formulating Group's future direction and supporting tactical initiatives to achieve financial target.
∎ Monitor and direct the implementation of strategic business plans of Group (all sister concern).
∎ Manage the capital request and budgeting processes.
∎ Develop performance measures that support the company's strategic direction
∎ Oversee day to day Financial operations of all sister concern of Group to comply Board of the Director.
∎ Participate in key decisions as a member of the executive management team of all sister concern of Group.
∎ Maintain in-depth relations with all members of the management team.
∎ Manage the accounting, revenue collection, billing, banks, investor relations, legal, tax, and treasury departments.
∎ Oversee the financial operations of subsidiary companies and foreign operations.
∎ Annual business plan.
∎ Group/Company/Departmental budgeting.
∎ Fund allocation as per budget/Quarterly budget follow up.
∎ Oversee Export/Import/LC/Subsidy issues.
∎ Payable management/Receivable management.
∎ Initiating and tuning policy on financial issues.
∎ Ensuring and submit P/L account company wise
∎ Any other job as assigned by Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 55 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At least 20 years working experience in Accounts and Finance and 5 years as CFO.
∎ Should have good liaison/connections with City Bank, Modhumoti Bank, Mutual Trust Bank, Uttara Bank, Islami Bank, BRAC Bank and Premier Bank.
∎ Should have good connection with NBR/Govt. Taxation Department.
∎ Should have good knowledge is companies Act & RJSC matters..
∎ Should have good liaison with Corporate lawyers.
∎ Should have knowledge in Corporate Governance and Corporate Affairs in accordance with applicable laws / regulations in Bangladesh.
∎ Should be knowledgeable in International Financial Reporting Standards, Bank management, Audit Firms, International Accounting Standards, The Companies Act, The Banking Companies Act, Tax Ordinance, VAT Act, Laws, regulations & guidelines of Bangladesh Bank and Bangladesh Securities & exchange Commission and other related laws.
∎ Unquestioned commitment to integrity and ethical decision-making.
∎ Well conversant with modern payment and collection systems.
