∎ Bachelor of Fine Arts (B.F.A)
∎ Graduate in any discipline can be a substitute for experience but a Diploma in Graphic Design, Graphic Arts Institute, BFA, MFA, etc. preferred.
∎ Education may be relaxed for the candidates with perfect skill set and experience
∎ Skills Required: 3D Animation, Adobe Photoshop, Animator, Graphic Design (Computer Aided)

3D Animation, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Photoshop/ Illustrator, Graphic Design (Computer Aided)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Researching the latest graphic directions in the market and competitor activities. Deep understanding of the art of storytelling through motion graphics, video and music/audio.
∎ Work with Digital Marketing team to understand the project scope and objectives that will drive engagement and awareness of our services and business activities.
∎ Creating new designs with creative concepts. The ability to concept both independently and collaboratively and present ideas effectively.
∎ Participate in brainstorming sessions to share new design perspectives and ideas. Design new on-brand animation to effectively convey concepts and messaging.
∎ Work collaboratively with the Content Development Team, Creative Team, Content Writers, and other colleagues to develop creative multimedia materials.
∎ A level of polish to your work that gives us confidence in your ability to tackle a wide range of projects well. Excellent attention to detail, with
∎ awareness of areas to compromise for best overall results.
∎ Thinking creatively to produce new ideas and concepts that will create unique value to the market. Contributing ideas and design artwork to the
∎ overall brief for marketing development.
∎ Create innovative design, social media banner/images, logo design, brochure, catalog, develop cover design, inner design, any 3D/ motion graphics task given by the superior.
∎ Keeping abreast of emerging technologies in new media (particularly design programs such as Illustrator, Photoshop, 3D Studio, Acrobat, Dreamweaver, and Flash) as most graphic design work is now completed on a computer.
∎ Bring creativity and out of the box thinking to the brands. Digital Marketing with developing pages/sites in various social media.
∎ Develop/Create/Update/Modify various new/existing graphic design related issues. Logo, Images, Banner Design, Social Media, Cartoon Design, Animation
∎ Other assigned duties as and when needed.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 42 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent organizational and communication skills required.
∎ Experience in online based animation creation tools skills is required.
∎ Honest, Punctual and dedication towards work.
∎ Able to work under pressure. Work is done with the pace of time by the following deadline.
∎ Excellent reading and writing capability in English. Excellent computer literacy is a must.
∎ Sound knowledge in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and 3D Studio Max. Should have creative and innovative idea generating capabilities
∎ Ability to write ideas to present, Ability to make proper documentation about the task
∎ Kick-ass & Strong Adobe After Effects skills, ideally with demonstrable experience in motion graphics, character rigging, and animation
∎ Strong Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator skills
∎ Strong creative thinking, exhibiting various styles and techniques
∎ Ability to create high-quality content from a constrained brief with short deadlines
∎ Good understanding of video footages, compression techniques, and format requirements/constraints
∎ Efficiency in 3D Studio Max or Cinema 4D, texturing and animation
∎ Proficiency in Adobe Premier skills or any other editing tools
∎ Efficiency in Adobe Audition or other sound editing tools will be a plus
∎ A solid creative background with an extensive portfolio
∎ Experience with a variety of 3rd party motion graphic plugins (i.e. Trapcode Suite)
