∎ Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, or Graphics Design, or Marketing, or Communication, or any other relevant field.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Study design briefs and determine requirements.
∎ Schedule projects and assignments.
∎ Conceptualize visuals based on requirements..
∎ Prepare rough drafts and present ideas.
∎ Creating design solutions, that has a high visual impact
∎ Develop online/offline advertisement design.
∎ Develop visual Brand Elements Like Logos, Typography, Objects, Character etc.
∎ Develop Front-End web design.
∎ Develop Web & App UI design.
∎ Develop Print material designs like brochure, banner, magazine, company profile, annual reports etc.
∎ Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand.
∎ Ensure timely design delivery.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 32 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ You have a minimum 3 years of experience in related fields from organizations. Freelancing experiences are not considerable.
∎ You love to explore, learn and share continuously.
∎ You are an expert in design tools and software.
∎ You don't depend on free or paid design resources from the web. You make your own resources.
∎ Your imagination power knows no bounds.
∎ You are very communicative and joyous in nature.
∎ Nothing gets in your way when it's about your work.
∎ You handle rejections with an open mind and come up with new ideas right after getting rejected.
∎ You keep yourself updated with the latest trends and technology.
∎ You believe in yourself.
