Responsibilities & Context:

• Develop exclusive in store design concepts for any campaign (Window Design Theme, Campaign Display Docket i.e, Eid, Puja Pahela Boishakh, etc.) which will enhance brand imagery.

• Ensure conceptualization of themes and give visual impact by design with the end goal of increasing user engagement.

• Plan and visualize construction projects in store theme by working closely with other teams.

• Visiting Stores and when required work with vendors for ensuring error-free execution. 

• Prepare project specifications and budget and meet deadlines and work within budget constraints to produce high-quality work in a timely manner for internal departments.

• Communicate effectively with clients to gather information about their needs and preferences regarding design elements and styles.

• Actively communicate with team members to understand and deliver design material to their satisfaction

• Monitor changing trends in the graphic design industry to keep you up-to-date with the latest trends.

• Brand & Retail Campaign and Execution Strategic planning and end - to- end exxcution of integrated brand and retail campaigns ensuring consistent communication across all customer touchpoints. Focus on enhancing in-store experience, driving customer engagement and aligning all executions with seasonal and business objectives.
