∎ The Designer is responsible for the concept and execution of a wide variety of design initiatives -primarily digital and branding solutions for internal and consumer facing materials but also a good amount of digital assets. Projects include, but are not limited to: look layout design, concepting for model shoots, assisting in art direction of still life photo shoots, email marketing campaigns, social media content, web design, and other online asset

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Collaborating with the Creative Team - Sr. Designer/ Project Manager (digital), on design concepts for print and digital campaign.
∎ Designing print and digital assets including social media imagery, mobile and web assets, internal collateral and templates, banners, ads, infographics, icons, production,
∎ Develop and iterate on designs based on direction and feedback from the Sr. Digital Designer/ Project Manager.
∎ Design in alignment to evolving brand standards, maintaining brand consistency, with emphasis on that enhancing the overall customer experiences.
∎ A+ content and listing of products in Amazon and Ebay
∎ Store management, Store health management, complain and review follow-up and customer service

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Strong portfolio of design work showcasing digital projects.
∎ Must demonstrate sophisticated aesthetic, technical skill, and knowledge of current digital trends.
∎ Strong understanding of design principles including composition, color, and hierarchy of messaging, emphasizing the use of typography and photography layout.
∎ Awareness and sensibility toward sophisticated design, fashion/beauty and lifestyle trends.
∎ Outstanding attitude and ability to respond effectively and appropriately to creative feedback.
∎ Strong attention to detail, organized, and excellent communication skills.
∎ Ability to collaborate in a team as well as individually.
∎ Experience working with cross-functional teams including marketing, UX, and production under tight deadlines.
∎ Flexibility to shift priorities in a fast paced and highly demanding environment.
∎ Proficient in Adobe Creative products (emphasis on InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator)
∎ Basic proficiency in HTML/CSS, responsive web design
∎ UX/UI, and mobile.
∎ Proficient in content writing
∎ Proficiency in English communication
∎ Knowledge in wordpress, wireframes and prototyping a plus.

Salary:
∎ Tk. 25000 - 30000 (Monthly)
∎ Competitive starting salary + OTE
