Job Context:
∎ We are seeking a talented Creative Graphics and Motion Graphics Designer. The ideal candidate will have experience in both graphic design and motion graphics, with a strong portfolio of work in both areas. Candidate with strong creative abilities and a deep interest in illustrative design, video, as property based work evidenced by their portfolio of work with source.
∎ Working in a company`s marketing or design department.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conceptual designing using Adobe Creative Suits .
∎ Animating in Adobe After Effects.
∎ Able to create explainer videos.
∎ Able to design logos & different creative design which will be reflect company Brand Identity. Concept and create graphics and short-form animations for social media and other digital applications such as banner ads etc.
∎ Edit and composite video footage, create titles and graphics, and add special effects, as required. Create visually stunning and compelling motion graphics and animations for a variety of media, including service marketing campaigns, social media content, and video productions.
∎ Utilize design resources and follow guidelines across the organization.
∎ Should have capacity to customize illustrate themes or templates for both design and animation.
∎ Stay current with design industry trends and be knowledgeable with basic design principles.
∎ Maintain graphic design standards and subsequently ensure that the work adheres to a high level of excellence.
∎ Coordinating with art services, marketing and colleagues as necessary.
∎ Sound knowledge in UI/UX and testing it is a great thing.
∎ Make revisions based on the feedback received.
∎ Communicating with HOD about creative concepts.
∎ Ensure projects are completed with high quality and on schedule.
∎ Undertaking any other duties commensurate with the accountabilities of the post.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 32 years

Salary:
∎ Monthly Tk.30,000- Tk.35,000 BDT.
