∎ Bachelor of Fine Arts (B.F.A)

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Adobe Photoshop/ Illustrator, AutoCAD, Graphics Design
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Advertising Ageny, Cosmetics/Toiletries/Personal Care, Crockeries, Direct Selling/Marketing Service Company, Manufacturing (FMCG)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Create and design various materials for print and digital collateral.
∎ Ensure projects are completed with high quality and on schedule.
∎ Establish creative direction for the company as well as brand guidelines.
∎ Prioritize and manage multiple projects within design specifications and budget restrictions.
∎ Perform retouching and manipulation of images.
∎ Work with a wide range of media and use graphic design software.
∎ Develop illustrations, logos and other designs using software or by hand.
∎ Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic
∎ Work independently and cooperatively on multiple projects with marketing team, meeting deadlines and budget constraints, and scheduling project implementation based on workload, which may include five or more simultaneous projects.
∎ Examine existing processes, identifying flaws and creating solutions to improve design capabilities.
∎ Update and maintain internal databases of designs, photography, and video.
∎ Test graphics across various media.
∎ Multimedia content development.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Strong knowledge in Typography, Illustrator, Photoshop, Dreamweaver, adobe etc.
∎ Good knowledge in HTML, CSS and web design
∎ Experience in dealing with print and design creative environment
∎ Creative, strong in concepts and able to rationalize ideas

Salary: Negotiable
