Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma/Graduation in creative arts specialized in graphic designing is preferable.
∎ Or, Minimum Graduation in any Discipline from any reputed public or private university
∎ Candidates with Certification on Graphics design will be given preference.
∎ (Educational qualification may be relaxed depending on outstanding experience/track record)
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
3D Animation, Graphic Design (Computer Aided)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Advertising Ageny, Group of Companies, Pharmaceuticals
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Participating in various design projects from concept to completion.
∎ Refine images, fonts and layouts using graphic design software.
∎ Producing drafts, prototypes and engaging design solutions.
∎ Generate ideas to portray concepts and advertise products/services.
∎ Listening to feedback to hone skills and improve design.
∎ Increase user friendliness in digital products.
∎ Understand project requirements and concepts.
∎ Use various techniques to create drafts, models and prototypes.
∎ Produce final design solutions (logos, banners, packaging design, leaflet etc).
∎ Pitch creative ideas that enhance projects.
∎ Collaborate with team members to launch designs.
∎ Take on special design tasks to support multiple projects (e.g. color correction).
∎ Liaise with marketing and design teams to ensure deadlines are met.
∎ Stay up-to-date with industry developments and tools.
∎ Communication with vendor for designs.
∎ Any other job assigned by the Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Must be pro-active, self motivated.
∎ Very good job knowledge.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Willing to work anywhere in Bangladesh.
Salary: Negotiable
