Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must be an expert with professional level knowledge in using design software like Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, and other designing software.
∎ Develop and design different sorts of designs for Logo, Brand Identity Packages, Flyer, Book, Poster, Paper Ad, Bill Board, Corporate Profile, Greeting cards, Visiting cards, Graphical contents for social media etc.
∎ Create Banners, Product Image Promotions, etc. to be displayed on the website, Social Media, and Email Marketing.
∎ Take ownership of the projects and work under minimal supervision.
∎ Candidates will be required to help with agency briefs for contract-design work when deemed necessary by senior management (animations, website work, etc) and be able to maintain strong relations with fellow creative.
∎ Making creative visuals for all sorts of digital media.
∎ Candidates will also need to efficiently communicate with multiple colleagues including brand managers, brand strategists and other members of the marketing team in order to brainstorm and generate collateral.
∎ Day to day work includes generating graphical content for print and social media.
∎ Excellent knowledge of visualization.
∎ Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy and best practice.
∎ Any other task assigned by the management.

∎ Skills Required: Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, Creative Design, Brand Design, Graphics Design, Product video making, Video Editing,
∎ Candidates with web design and HTML skills, CAD design, 2D/3D design, and/or animation will be given a strong preference.
∎ Deeply passionate about Graphic Design and video editing
∎ Knowledge of standard software packages like, MS Office and Adobe Acrobat
∎ Excellent writing and typing skills in English and Bengali
∎ Knowledge of current design trends
∎ Ability to work on multiple projects
∎ Good interpersonal skills
∎ Proactive in taking initiatives and being an active team player
∎ Responsible for timely delivery of tasks and maintaining quality
