∎ Graduation in any discipline from a reputed University, (MA/MBA/MSS is more preferable)

∎ Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in a similar industry.
∎ Proficiency in graphic design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)
∎ Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and creative abilities.
∎ Excellent sense of layout, typography, and color.
∎ Ability to take constructive feedback and iterate designs accordingly.
∎ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
∎ Basic knowledge of motion graphics and video editing tools (preferred but not mandatory).
∎ Creative thinker with the ability to generate unique ideas and solutions.
∎ Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
∎ Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.
∎ Knowledge of marketing and branding principles is a plus.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Social media posts and campaigns
∎ Brochures, flyers, and catalogs
∎ Website banners and digital assets
∎ Infographics and visual content for presentations
∎ Advertisements for print and digital platforms
∎ Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to conceptualize and execute creative campaigns.
∎ Ensure consistency in branding and visual identity across all promotional materials.
∎ Edit and refine existing designs to improve quality and alignment with branding guidelines.
∎ Manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver on tight deadlines.
∎ Stay updated with design trends and emerging tools to enhance the creative process.
∎ Develop and design visually compelling promotional materials for Meghna Star Cables and associated business units, including but not limited to:
