Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Adobe illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe XD, Figma, premium pro
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Direct Selling/Marketing Service Company, IT Enabled Service, Market Research Firms

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and
∎ stakeholders, to define and implement innovative user interfaces and user experiences.
∎ Design advanced UI/UX for Websites, Web Applications, and Mobile Applications.
∎ The applicants must have experience in Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe XD,
∎ and Video Editing.
∎ Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to communicate design ideas and user flows
∎ effectively.
∎ Conduct user research, and usability testing, and gather feedback to improve the user
∎ experience continuously.
∎ Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure our designs are at the
∎ cutting edge of UI/UX.
∎ Translate complex concepts into intuitive and user-friendly designs that meet business
∎ objectives.
∎ Creating user-centered design includes conceptualizing, designing, and iterating user
∎ interfaces that prioritize user needs and preferences.
∎ Creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to prioritize user
∎ needs and communicate design ideas.
∎ Research user feedback to optimize design. Stay updated on UI trends, techniques, and
∎ technologies.
∎ Collaboration with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders is imperative to
∎ ensure the consistent and accurate implementation of the design vision.
∎ Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines and ensuring high quality.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Worked in freelance marketplaces like Fiverr,Freelancer.com, Adobe Illustrator, Figma, Graphics Design, UI&UX Design. The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Design/Printing/Publishing, Web Media/Blog

Salary: Negotiable
