Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma/ graduation Degree in Graphics Design, Fine Arts (Educational Qualification will be relaxed for experienced designer)

Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 6 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Design Ads, posters, banners, brochures, greetings & invitation cards and publishing documents maintaining visual identity of the brand.
∎ Design and produce art and copy layouts for material such as books, magazines, newspapers, brochures, folders, paper advertisement, annual report, web design, etc.
∎ Do Press Printing, Page Make-up, Photo Re-touch, Tag Remake, Design Remake.
∎ Concept development and implement the ideas creatively according to client requirement and time constraints.
∎ Perform such other duties as may be prescribed or assigned by the university authorities.
∎ May have to perform additional responsibilities of the university.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Proven graphic designing experience. Strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphic design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop).
∎ A keen eye for aesthetics and details.
∎ Excellent communication skills with ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
∎ Writing proficiency in Bengali & English language.
∎ Expert in Art and Sketch (Free hand drawing/ CG Art) will get preference.

Salary:
∎ As per the university pay scale
