Job Responsibilities:
∎ Craft eye-catching and engaging promotional content that aligns with our brand's messaging and aesthetics.
∎ Play a key role in publication design, ensuring materials are visually compelling and effectively communicate our messages.
∎ Lead in the design of print production materials, maintaining high-quality standards and attention to detail. Need to have detailed knowledge about press output, print advertisement, and other press-related matters.
∎ Contribute to the creation of a well-designed real estate signage and wayfinding system, enhancing user experience and navigation.
∎ Should have the ability to design real estate fences and site-based brand elements.
∎ Drive brand identity development, infusing creativity into our visual representation and establishing a strong brand presence.
∎ Utilize advanced motion graphics skills to produce captivating animations and video content, guiding projects from inception to completion.
∎ Take the lead in video production and art direction, ensuring a cohesive and impactful visual storytelling experience.
∎ Apply analytics and visualization techniques to convey complex data in a visually appealing and easily understandable manner.
∎ Manage and enhance our website's visual appeal, ensuring an engaging user experience and seamless navigation. Also need knowledge about designing BTL event-related items such as stall, standee, venue branding, etc.
∎ Collaborate on marketing procurement and sourcing strategies, optimizing cost requirements and analysis.
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 4-5 Years work experience in a similar scope and capacity
∎ Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign for creating visually stunning designs, and publications.
∎ Premier Pro, After Effects for video content creation
∎ Expertise in AutoCAD and Sketchup for event, signage, and spatial design projects.
∎ Proficient use of Microsoft Excel for data management and analysis.
