Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Civil Engineering

Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 6 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Overall in-charge of warehouse. All the management staffs will report to him.
∎ Housekeeping (ensure cleanliness and keep both of the places and materials organized) of warehouse.
∎ Supervise all repair and maintenance work.
∎ Summarizing site MPRs and prepare new MPR based on the summery.
∎ Prepare and check contractors' bill. I.e. wood contractor, maintenance contractor and petty cash bill checking etc.
∎ Check the quality and quantity of the supplier materials.
∎ Keeping track of all sorts of equipment maintenance and shutter resizing works.
∎ Fixed asset management.
∎ Monitoring materials sorting.
