Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Key Responsibilities:
∎ 1. Social Media Content Creation:
∎ - Design engaging graphics for social media platforms.
∎ - Develop infographics, banners, and product images.
∎ - Create templates for regular posts, stories, and advertisements.
∎ - Design and update brochures, flyers, packaging, and labels.
∎ - Create simple animations and motion graphics.
∎ - Edit and produce short video clips for marketing use.
∎ 2. Customer Communication:
∎ - Respond promptly and professionally to customer messages and inquiries on social media.
∎ - Address customer feedback and concerns with a positive and helpful attitude.
∎ 3. Collaboration and Communication:
∎ - Work with the marketing and sales teams to understand project requirements.
∎ - Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate creative ideas.
