Job Context:
∎ Praava Health is Bangladesh`s fastest growing consumer startup, serving 200,000+ patients
∎ We are a network of quality, patient-centered one-stop outpatient health centers offering family doctors, including women`s health, outpatient department with visiting specialists, comprehensive diagnostic lab, including advanced imaging, and pharmacy
∎ Praava Health is looking for a Designer to join the Creative team at Praava. The ideal candidate should be a skilled Graphic/Visual Designer with a strong work ethic and excellent communication skills.
∎ Experience with digital design, print design and design systems is a must. Experience with UI Design, Motion Design, Film is a plus. Experience of working in healthcare or related industries is preferable but not mandatory.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Study design briefs and determine requirements
∎ Conceptualize visuals based on requirements
∎ Prepare drafts and present ideas concisely and clearly
∎ Develop communication materials for print and digital mediums
∎ Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic
∎ Work with copywriters and creative director to produce final design
∎ Test graphics across various media. including print and and digital medias
∎ Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand

Additional Requirements:
∎ Proven track-record in the use of design principles and theories, for both print and digital
∎ Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
∎ A keen eye for aesthetics and details
∎ Excellent understanding of photography, typography & printing
∎ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
∎ Work well as part of a team, with a range of people
∎ Have an interest in social and cultural trends and fashion
∎ Skilled in Adobe Creative Suites and relevant applications
∎ Competency in English & Bengali
∎ The ability to work under pressure
∎ An openness to experiment and explore new ideas
∎ At least 1 year of experience as a Designer within an agency or Marketing team
∎ Demonstrated experience in working efficiently within a team
∎ Experienced in designing a range of communication materials including social media content, digital ads, print ads, packaging, publications, etc.

Salary: Tk. 25000 (Monthly)
