Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree/ Diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Footwear Design or related field.

• Additional short courses or certifications in surface pattern design, textile/print processes or footwear design will be an advantage.

• At least 5 years

• Age At least 28 years

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in graphic design, visual merchandising, or product artwork — with working specifically on keds/sneaker surface graphics or related design preferred.

• Prior experience working with manufacturing or footwear factories is highly desirable.

• Strong command of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign; familiarity with vector-based pattern creation and repeat tiles.

• Knowledge of print preparation, color management, CMYK/RGB/spot colors, and pre‑press requirements for footwear.

• Experience with basic 3D/CAD tools for footwear or pattern mapping (bonus: Rhino, Delcam, or footwear CAD familiarity).

• Strong visual sensibility: typography, color theory, composition, and surface pattern design.

• Excellent portfolio (Behance/Dribbble/PDF) demonstrating relevant footwear/product artwork.

• Good communication and collaboration skills; ability to meet production timelines.

• Proficient in English and Bengali.

Job Context: Nasir Footwear Industries Ltd. — a footwear manufacturing unit under Nasir Group — seeks a talented and experienced Graphic Designer with a specialization in Keds designing. The role will focus on developing footwear artwork, surface patterns, and product graphics at the Varadoba factory.

Responsibilities

• Work to design and development of surface graphics, prints and embellishment artwork for sneakers/footwear (upper, insole, outsole accents, labels).
• Produce concept boards, colorways, tech-ready artwork and art spec-sheets for production and suppliers.
• Ensure artworks meet manufacturing/printing tolerances (color separations, bleed, resolution, templates) for footwear production at factory level.
• Collaborate directly with factory product development and QA teams to ensure design feasibility and quality in bulk production.
• Create marketing and packaging-related visuals as required by the footwear product line (tags, boxes, labels).
• Maintain an archive of seasonal footwear artworks and ensure consistent application of brand guidelines.
• Present creative concepts and sample iterations to management; incorporate feedback and deliver final assets on schedule.
