∎ 3 to 4 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Work closely with the Digital Creative & Marketing Communications team members to create innovative visuals from draft to final artwork, covering all content types for external and internal marketing communications
∎ Produce unique, creative, and artistic concepts based on the business briefs
∎ Ensure all visuals and presentations are in alignment with company brand guidelines/ templates depending on everyday business needs
∎ Evolve and sustain our brand standards, design library and style guides
∎ Develop material for web pages and social media
∎ Develop signage for office and public areas
∎ Liaise with external vendors for design briefing and material selection to ensure the consistency and quality of branded materials, as well as maintaining delivery deadlines
∎ Research and stay up to date on the latest trends and innovations graphic design and future trends (concepts, fonts, layouts etc.)
Additional Requirements:
∎ 3 - 4 years of relevant work experience in Marketing/Graphic Design, preferably in a corporate environment
∎ Must have expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, XD)
∎ Candidates having an apparel/ fashion graphics background are appreciated
∎ Must have good understanding of the professional level quality work of graphic design
∎ Passionate about illustration and original creative work
∎ Superior attention to detail and accuracy, aiming for perfection down to the last pixel
∎ Additional animation, video editing and other design software skills are desirable
∎ Ability to multitask and prioritize work on a continual basis
∎ Must be a self-starter with strong initiative and hard work ethic
∎ Should be well-presented, smart, and energetic
∎ Strong presentation and delivery skills
∎ Strong software abilities on Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook)
∎ Strong interpersonal skills, ability to interact and build relationships work as a team
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication both in Bangla and English
