Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree.
∎ Candidate must have a course completion certificate in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Advertising, Multimedia Arts or relevant field.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 4 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan and execute brand-aligned materials (brochures, infographics, annual reports, signage, corporate clothing, etc.) according to donor standards and reporting requirements, as well as the organisation’s advocacy and public engagement needs.
∎ Coordinate and establish effective, efficient systems to strengthen the department’s workflow from start to finish.
∎ Manage the production process, including briefs and requests, turnaround time, draft submissions, client review and feedback, revisions, and final completion of art or creative work.
∎ Train World Vision staff on brand standards, and establish systems and practices to ensure that these are applied consistently across the organisation.
∎ Orient staff on print production processes and related purchasing standards.
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least four years of relevant work experience in a similar position or capacity.
∎ Preferably with industry experience in advertising and/or NGO/humanitarian work.
∎ Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity and a clean, polished design aesthetic.
∎ Proven understanding of branding; ability to follow and implement brand standards in order to produce a seamless organizational look.
∎ Excellent English language skills (written and oral); Bangla
∎ Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Microsoft Word and Power Point.
∎ Ability to produce character illustrations for information education communication (IEC) materials based on provided briefs is preferred.
∎ Solid knowledge of print production procedures.
∎ Intermediate photography skills; proven photo editing and selection skills.
∎ Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects, delivering top-quality products within tight deadlines.
∎ Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills in stakeholder and project management.
∎ Valued team member, who collaborates well with colleagues from diverse backgrounds.
∎ Customer-focused and solutions-oriented attitude.
∎ Enthusiasm for learning and openness to feedback.
∎ Superior written and verbal skills.
∎ Experience working on Macintosh operating system preferred.
Salary: Tk. 65000 (Monthly)
