∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
∎ Experience with video editing software (After Effects, Premiere Pro) is a plus.
∎ Knowledge of software operations like 3D max Sketch Up or AutoCAD is preferred.
∎ Strong understanding of typography, color theory and layout design.
∎ Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
∎ Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
∎ Attention to detail and a strong creative portfolio.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop innovative and visually appealing designs for print and digital materials, including brochures, social media content, banners and advertisements.
∎ Create and edit graphics for online marketing campaigns, such as Facebook, Instagram and Google ads.
∎ Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to design layouts for property presentations, project proposals and marketing collateral.
∎ Design signage, billboards and other outdoor advertising materials.
∎ Ensure all design are consistent with the company’s branding guidelines and real estate project themes.
∎ Stay updated on the latest design trends and apply them to enhance the company’s visual identity.
∎ Assist in creating 3D renders and layouts for layouts for real estate projects when necessary.
∎ Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery.
