• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, illustration, InDesign)
• Experience with video editing software (After Effects, Premiere Pro) is a plus.
• Ability to create visual animation and motion graphic concepts by using relevant software.
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory and layout design.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating creative and design skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Attention to detail and a strong creative portfolio.

• Develop innovation and visually appealing design for print and digital materials, including brochures, social media content, banners and advertisement.
• Create and edit graphics for online marketing campaigns, such as Facebook, Instagram and Google ads.
• Collaboration with the marketing and sales teams to design layouts for property presentation, project proposals and marketing collateral.
• Design signage, billboards and other outdoor advertising materials.
• Ensure all design are consistent with the company’s branding guidelines and real estate project themes.
• Stay updated on the latest design trends and apply them to enhance the company’s visual identity.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery.
