∎ We specialize in extracting meaningful insights from complex data sets. We help businesses make informed decisions by providing our clients with visual representations of data through infographics and visualizations. We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our team and transform data into visually appealing and impactful designs.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Data Visualization: Create visually stunning infographics, charts, graphs, and other visual representations based on the provided information. Use your creativity to transform complex data into intuitive and compelling visuals.
∎ Conceptualization: Work closely with the team to understand the key insights and concepts to be communicated. Develop innovative and unique design concepts that effectively represent the information and align with the overall project objectives.
∎ Design Development: Use industry-standard design tools (such as G Suite, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, or other relevant software) to develop high-quality visual designs. Ensure that the designs adhere to the company's brand guidelines and maintain consistency across all visual assets.
∎ Industry Awareness: Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in data visualization and graphic
∎ design. Continuously improve your skills and knowledge to enhance the quality and impact of your designs.
∎ Quality Assurance: Conduct regular reviews and quality checks of your designs to ensure accuracy, completeness, and visual appeal. Make necessary revisions based on feedback and ensure timely delivery of high-quality designs.
∎ Collaborative Approach: Collaborate with the data analytics team, HR, Client Contact Person, and Managing Director to gather requirements and understand the desired outcomes. Actively participate in brainstorming sessions to contribute design ideas and provide valuable insight.
∎ Industry Awareness: Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in data visualization and graphic design. Continuously improve your skills and knowledge to enhance the quality and impact of your designs.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 22 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your data visualization work and social media graphics.
∎ Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop) or other relevant software.
∎ Creativity and the ability to develop unique and innovative design concepts.
∎ Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
∎ Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and understand project requirements.
∎ Experience in designing graphics specifically for social media platforms, including knowledge of platform-specific design requirements and trends.
∎ Capable of working under minimal supervision with a high level of initiative, energy & enthusiasm for learning
∎ Ability to work systematically and meet deadlines
