We’re now looking for a Graphic Design Mentor to join our team and help scale the business.

একাডেমিক ও প্রফেশনাল যোগ্যতা

• কমপক্ষে এইচএসসি/গ্র্যাজুয়েট (Graphic Design, Multimedia, Fine Arts বা সংশ্লিষ্ট ফিল্ডে পছন্দনীয়)।
•  Adobe Creative Suite / CorelDRAW / Figma / Canva–এর প্রফেশনাল সার্টিফিকেশন বা প্রমাণিত দক্ষতা।
•  Typography, Color Theory, Branding, Visual Communication–এ ডিপ জ্ঞান।
•  Digital Illustration, Motion Graphics, UI/UX, Packaging Design–এ প্র্যাকটিক্যাল অভিজ্ঞতা।

 ইন্ডাস্ট্রি ও প্র্যাকটিক্যাল অভিজ্ঞতা

• ন্যূনতম ৩–৫ বছরের বাস্তব অভিজ্ঞতা (Agency, Freelancing বা Corporate Brand)।
• নিজের হাতে তৈরি Live Branding, Campaigns, Logo, Social Media Assets, Print Design Portfolio।
• Freelance Marketplaces (Fiverr, Upwork, Behance, Dribbble) বা Local/International Clients-এর কাজের অভিজ্ঞতা।
• Real Project Management, Deadline Handling, Revision Handling–এ দক্ষতা।

 শিক্ষাদান ও মেন্টরিং স্কিল

• জটিল গ্রাফিক ডিজাইন টুল/কনসেপ্ট সহজভাবে বোঝাতে পারার ক্ষমতা।
• প্র্যাকটিক্যাল অ্যাসাইনমেন্ট এবং রিয়েল-লাইফ প্রজেক্ট দিয়ে স্টুডেন্টদের Freelancing-ready ও Job-ready তৈরি করা।
• স্টুডেন্টদের Portfolio Development, Branding Skills, Presentation Skills শেখানো।
• Creative Trends এবং Market Demand অনুযায়ী শেখানোর ক্ষমতা।

ব্র্যান্ড ও সোশ্যাল মিডিয়া ম্যানেজমেন্ট

• ইনস্টিটিউট/কোম্পানির Social Media Pages (FB, Instagram, LinkedIn) এর কনটেন্ট ডিজাইন ও Campaign চালানো।
• Paid Ads Creative & Banner Design, Engagement Growth, Branding Campaign Optimization।
• Marketing Collateral Design (Poster, Flyer, Brochure, Social Media Ads)।

প্রফেশনাল এটিকেট ও পোর্টফোলিও

• প্রেজেন্টেবল ও Professional Communication Skills।
• Ethical Mindset – কোন Copy-Paste বা ফেক ডিজাইন নয়।
• Portfolio বা Case Study: Successful Projects, Freelance/Client Work, Student Success Stories।
• Team Collaboration: Web Development, Digital Marketing, Content Department–এর সঙ্গে কাজ করতে পারা।
