Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Degree qualification will get exemption for qualified candidate

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must have good knowledge in digital marketing. (Facebook, YouTube, Google Ad and other social media)
∎ Must have Graphic Design skills (Advance Level)
∎ Must have basic video editing skills
∎ Must have creative content writing skills.
∎ Responsible for content writing.
∎ Skilled in Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator.
∎ Planning & Execution of all the media plans for digital marketing activities.
∎ Identifying audience behavior in social media platforms, generate effective ideas to reach them.
∎ E-mail communication

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ Experienced with the same industry will be prioritized.
∎ Positive attitude to work under pressure.
∎ Should be hard working, target Oriented and Self Motivated.
∎ Excellent Interpersonal Communication skills and team management.

Salary:
∎ 15,000 to 16,000 BDT/Month

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Performance Bonus
∎ Salary Review: Yearly
∎ Festival Bonus: 2
∎ As per company policy
