∎ Proficiency in digital marketing tools, CRM systems and MS Office applications.
∎ Strategic thinker with the ability to adapt to changing market dynamics.
∎ High level of integrity, self-motivation and customer focus.
∎ Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
∎ Strong network in the real estate market is a plus.

The ideal candidate should have proven expertise in land sales, exceptional leadership abilities, and a track record of achieving sales targets while building and maintaining client relationships.
