Experience:
Master of Commerce or Masters of Business Administration (Marketing or Management) from UGC-approved any recognized university.
With minimum 2nd division/class/CGPA 3.00 at all stages.
Experience: Minimum 15 years’ experience in sales and marketing, particularly land, apartments, and Hotel projects.
Age: Not more than 45 years (Age limit may be relaxed for exceptionally qualified candidates)

As part of this growth, we are looking to recruit experienced and capable professionals for this position.
Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning & Execution
Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve company goals and expand market share.
Analyze market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activity to identify opportunities.
Formulate pricing strategies, marketing campaigns, and sales targets.
Sales Management
Lead and manage the sales team to meet or exceed revenue targets.
Set clear objectives and KPIs for the sales team and ensure they are met.
Monitor daily operations of the sales department including lead generation, follow-ups, site visits, and closing deals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with high-value clients and investors.
Marketing Management
Design and oversee marketing campaigns for property launches, promotions, and branding.
Supervise digital marketing strategies including SEO, social media, Google Ads, and email campaigns.
Coordinate with advertising agencies, media houses, and event management firms.
Ensure all marketing materials (brochures, websites, hoardings, etc.) reflect the brand image and are updated.
Team Leadership & Development
Recruit, train, and mentor sales and marketing personnel.
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
Promote a culture of high performance, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
Oversee the implementation and management of CRM tools to track leads and conversions.
Ensure excellent pre-sales and post-sales customer service.
Address client complaints, feedback, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Budgeting & Reporting
Prepare annual budgets for sales and marketing functions.
Monitor expenditures and ROI of various campaigns.
Provide detailed reports to senior management on sales performance, forecasts, and market trends.
Coordination with Other Departments
Work closely with project, legal, finance, and operations teams to ensure smooth execution of deals.
Ensure that marketing efforts align with project timelines and legal regulations.
Compliance & Documentation
Ensure all marketing and sales activities comply with legal regulations (RERA, local laws, etc.).
Oversee documentation, agreements, and other paperwork related to sales transactions.
