Educational Requirements:
∎ Honors/ Masters in Accounting/ Finance and Master of Business Administration (MBA) from any reputed Public University.
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: People with CA/ACCA/FCA will be preferred.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 12 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To administer the finance & accounts of the company.
∎ Coordinating with Chairman and Managing Director for financial management, reporting, and decision making;
∎ All aspects of financial and business strategy formulation & implementation.
∎ Preparing strategic financial management plan & implementation.
∎ Responsible to maintain and prepare all aspects of accounts as per the requirements of the organization and in compliance with the regulatory bodies.
∎ Drive the company's financial planning and monitoring daily accounting system.
∎ Perform risk management by analyzing the organization's liabilities and investments.
∎ Decide on investment strategies by considering cash and liquidity risks Control and evaluate the organization's fundraising plans and capital structure.
∎ Provide timely and accurate analysis of budgets, financial reports, and financial trends report.
∎ Monthly financial statements preparation, forecasting, and reporting to Management
∎ To Initiate and supervise preparation of Annual Business Plan for the company, including financial forecasts, Business Modeling, and Business analyses.
∎ Reviewing and monitoring financial compliance, carry out financial audits;
∎ Controlling disbursement & Fund Management.
∎ Monitoring financial performance of the operation on company's ERP, analyze data, and prepare reports for the management and ERP Automation;
∎ Ensure cash flow is appropriate for the organization's operations.
∎ Advice Managing Director on financial strategies and financial planning matters with the ultimate goal of optimizing the effectiveness of financial resources of the organization.
∎ Manage vendor relationships.
∎ Implement all types of internal, external payment system.
∎ Maintain good relationships with all concerned Banks.
∎ Prepare reliable current and forecasting reports.
∎ Set up and oversee the company's finance IT system.
∎ Ensure compliance with the law and the company's policies.
∎ Controlling overhead and project expenses against budget and Review Financial Proposals;
∎ Maintain liaison with Clients, Tax Department, Company Finance Advisor & Auditor and deal Company tax issues; and
∎ Perform any other duty as directed by the Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 12+ years working experience in similar position of a large garments manufacturing company
∎ Age at most 45 years (age limit relax for deserving candidate)
∎ Sound knowledge of Corporate Affairs, Financial Rules, Company Law, Fiscal Policy, VAT, Taxation Law and ERP
∎ Proficiency in Accounting Software.
∎ Excellent communication skills both in Bengali and English.
∎ Ability to work under pressure in a professional manner.
∎ Minimum 07 years working experience in similar position of a 100% export oriented garments manufacturing factory.
∎ Sound knowledge of Corporate RMG sector Affairs, Financial Rules, Company Law, Fiscal Policy, VAT, Taxation Law and ERP
∎ Proficiency in Accounting Software.
∎ Excellent communication skills both in Bengali and English.
∎ Ability to work under pressure in a professional manner.
