Education:
    • Master of Commerce (MCom) in Accounting & Information System
    • Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting & Information System
  • Professional Qualification: CA (Part Qualified minimum, Advance Level Preferred) is mandatory / CMA/ACCA, will be an advantage.

Additional Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of Financial Statements, accounting principles VAT, and tax laws.

  • Proven work experience as a Head of Finance, Director of Finance or similar role

  • Financial reconciliation and analytical skills

  • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel·

  • Attention to detail and accuracy·

  • Communication and coordination skills

  • Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting models·

  • Should be self-motivated, and have strong interpersonal & communication, and leadership qualities.

  • Able to work under pressure when needed.Good Liaison with Government Authority.

  • Minimum 12 – 20 years relevant proven experience in finance & accounting.

  • Minimum 5 years in a senior leadership role·

  • Experience in Real Estate / Developer Company is highly preferred.

  • Proven experience in managerial or supervisory capacity.



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.

  • Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with company objectives.

  • Prepare annual budgets, financial forecasts, and long-term financial plans.

  • Provide financial insights and recommendations to the Managing Director and Board.

  • Analyze project feasibility, ROI, and investment proposals.

  • Oversee day-to-day accounting operations (GL, AR, AP, Payroll, Fixed Assets).

  • Ensure accurate and timely preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

  • Maintain proper books of accounts.

  • Monitor project-wise accounting and cost tracking.

  • Control project budgeting, cost monitoring, and cash flow management.

  • Monitor land purchase costs, construction expenses, and revenue recognition.

  • ·         Maintain regular communication with directors regarding fund inflows, outflows, and utilization.

  • ·         Coordinate with directors to review fund inflows and outflows, ensuring proper tracking and efficient utilization of financial resources.

  • Ensure proper installment collection tracking from customers.

  • Record and verify all financial transactions (sales, purchases, payments, receipts) in accounting software (Customized Accounting Software).

  • Prepare monthly and quarterly financial summaries and expense reports.

  • Allocate resources and manage cash flows

  • Supervise fund allocation for ongoing and upcoming projects.

  • Manage company cash flow, bank relationships, and working capital.

  • Oversee loan management and financial negotiations.

  • Ensure optimal fund utilization and liquidity management

  • Consult board members about funding options

  • Ensure compliance with Income Tax, VAT, RJSC, and other regulatory requirements.

  • Supervise tax return preparation and submission.

  • Liaise with tax authorities and external auditors.

  • Ensure compliance with real estate laws and financial regulations.

  • Develop and implement strong internal control systems.

  • Coordinate with external and internal auditors.

  • Ensure audit compliance and timely resolution of audit observations.

  • Present financial reports to the Board and stakeholders.

  • Lead, supervise, and mentor the Finance & Accounts team.

  • Set KPIs and monitor team performance.

  • Ensure professional development and training of finance staff.

  • Any other Tasks assigned by the Management as & when required.
