Educational Requirements:
∎ Tertiary education in Finance /Accounts / CA or CMA
∎ 10 years of relevant experience
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintaining all Accounts of the group incompliance with International Accounting Standard (IAS) as adopted in Bangladesh, Companies Act and other rules and regulations as applicable.
∎ Finalization of books of Accounts at the end of each fiscal year for the audit purpose.
∎ Ensure Weekly Reconciliation of Receivables, Payables, advances and inventory etc
∎ Ensure Statutory Financial and other reports as required by the management
∎ Assist in establishing a proper budgeting and budgetary control for the group.
∎ Produce monthly and regular reports from the Accounts for budgetary control, review variance, and other analysis
∎ Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Knowledge of IAS and IFRS, Accounts, Finance, Strategic Planning, Budgeting, Taxation, Customs Duty, VAT, ERP, Policies.
∎ Auditing skill, Reporting skill.
∎ Relationship with Industry and legislative bodies.
