Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Commerce (MCom) in Cost Management Accounting
∎ Professional Degree: Chartered Accountant/ Cost Management Accountant/ CA Intermediate/ CA Knowledge level qualified/ Certified General Accountant or Certified Management Accountant holder are encourage to apply.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 12 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Audit, Cost control, Cost Management, Financial Audit, Internal Audit
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Group of Companies

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Perform and control the full audit cycle including risk management and control management over operations' effectiveness, financial reliability and compliance with all applicable directives and regulations.
∎ Manage day to day operation of existing cost accounting function.
∎ Monitoring Financial Risk Assessment.
∎ Determine internal audit scope and develop annual plans
∎ Obtain, analyze and evaluate accounting documentation, previous reports, data, flowcharts etc.
∎ Prepare and present reports that reflect audit's results and document process
∎ Identify loopholes and recommend risk aversion measures and cost savings
∎ Maintain open communication with management.
∎ Document process and prepare audit findings memorandum
∎ Conduct follow up audits to monitor management's interventions
∎ Engage to continuous knowledge development regarding sector's rules, regulations, best practices, tools, techniques and performance standards

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 38 years
∎ Must have excellent spoken and writing skills both in English and Bengali
∎ Leadership Quality with positive attitude & having ability to take decision Independently.
∎ Organizing & Managing ability with problem solving ability.
∎ Sound Job Knowledge & Skillfulness.
∎ Management / Leadership Quality.
