Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Commerce (MCom) in Accounting and Finance, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting and Finance
∎ CA / CMA / FCA/ ACCA will be given preference.
∎ Training/Trade Course: Accounting,Business Planning Budget,Cost Controll
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 15 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Accounts, Audit, Finance, Internal Audit, Strategic Planning, Tax (VAT/ Customs Duty/ Income Tax)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments, Group of Companies, Textile
Job Context:
∎ CA/ ACCAFCA/ CMA is mandatory for being an eligible candidate.
∎ Having experience in 100% export oriented knit composite will get preference.
∎ The candidate highly adaptable inspires innovation and be able to lead change for optimum productivity.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To ensure proper implementation of financial policies and procedures at strategic level.
∎ To take a leadership role in preparing company wise budget and Monthly variance analysis.
∎ Supervise Accounts, Finance, VAT & TAX, Internal Controls, Risk Management and Strategic Planning Functions & Audits.
∎ Prepare and analysis of financial statements, Forecasting of cash flow, Costing, Budgeting, profit-loss etc.
∎ Monitor banking activities of the organization
∎ MIS, Budgeting & Costing: Costing - product and process, Budget preparation and Budgetary controls
∎ Prepare Master budget and foresee the collective controlling on it
∎ Interact with internal & external Auditors from time to time
∎ Monitoring Financial Risk Assessment
∎ Fixing up arrangements of working capital
∎ Arranging Letters of Credit and Bank Guarantee
∎ Accounting Standards and their implementation
∎ Oversee Filing of returns and attending tax authorities for assessments and appeals
∎ Look after monthly and yearly return submission, hearing and assessment finalization VAT & TAX authority
∎ Oversee and coordinate the Accounts, Internal Audit department on preparation of Accounts Reports considering Tax & VAT.
∎ Oversee Tax & VAT audit reports and handle professional Tax & VAT authorities individually. Monitor and analyses accounting data and produce financial reports or statements.
∎ In above all, Good Knowledge about financial management, including financial planning, budget, and control to obtain the highest service advantage with a minimum cost impact.
∎ Lead and manage the finance associates to ensure regular accounting works.
∎ Any other assignment is given by the Management from time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 08 (eight) years of experience where worked as GM/Head of Acounts & Finance in reputed group of companies (knit composite, garments & textile )
∎ Experience in implementing accounting ERP software.
∎ Strong organizational skills.
∎ Strong team building and leadership skills.
∎ Willing to work under pressure & extensive working hours.
∎ Must have strong leadership, qualities to supervise, lead, guide the large professional Accounts & Finance team.
∎ Good command in Bengali & English.
∎ Should have good knowledge on Microsoft Office.
