Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Lesson planning: Preparing lesson plans based on students' proficiency levels
∎ Delivering lessons: Implementing lesson plans and creating opportunities for students to practice reading, speaking, listening, and writing\
∎ Encouraging students: Encouraging students to communicate in German and motivate them to continuously upgrade their language skills
∎ Assigning work: Assigning homework and creating individualized plans for students with special requirements
∎ Evaluating work: Administering tests and evaluating student work
∎ Maintaining records: Writing progress reports for students and maintaining records
∎ Sharing culture: Showing students videos, music, and other examples of German culture, including sharing traditional German foods and activities
∎ Must have computer knowledge (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and Internet Browsing)
∎ Must be in fluent in both English and German Language proficiency (Applicant must have a German language proficiency certificate at least B1)
