Responsibilities & Context:
Conduct fitness assessments and design personalized workout programs for members.
Supervise the gym floor, ensuring safety, proper usage of equipment, and form corrections.
Report any facility issues or member complaints to the Head Trainer or Operations Manager.
Assign trainer(s) assistants to clients as needed under the guidance of the Head Trainer.
Provide substitute coverage for fellow trainers in case of emergencies or absences.
Promote and sell personal training packages to prospective clients.
Conduct one-to-one and group training sessions punctually as per the plan.
