Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Gold's Gym Bangladesh, a renowned international fitness chain introduced by Bashundhara Group, is seeking experienced General Trainers to join our team in Dhaka. As a General Trainer, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality fitness training to our diverse clientele.
∎ Conduct fitness assessments and develop customized workout plans tailored to individual client goals and fitness levels.
∎ Lead group fitness classes and ensure a safe and motivating environment for participants.
∎ Provide ongoing guidance, support, and motivation to clients to help them achieve their fitness goals.
∎ Demonstrate proper exercise techniques and equipment usage to ensure client safety and effectiveness.
∎ Stay updated on the latest fitness trends, research, and industry developments to continuously enhance training programs.
∎ Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the gym floor and equipment.
∎ Collaborate with other trainers and staff to create a cohesive team environment and deliver exceptional customer service
