Job Context:
∎ We are seeking a highly experienced and dedicated individual with expertise in the field of security management with importance to security guard services to join our team.
∎ The individual will act as a liaison between the board of directors/higher authority and office staff including (Area Managers, Manager of Operations, Supervisors etc.)
∎ Complete Security Solution is one of the fasted growing security providers in Bangladesh. We are seeking an individual who is motivated to join with long term commitment and have potential to grow his/her career with the company.
∎ Workplace: Work at office with site visits according to company requirements

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Managing the operations of supports staffs, security supervisors, caretakers, security guards and other staff related to security operation.
∎ Conduct Security survey at a variety of location/industries to suggest security arrangement, manpower and proactive security measures.
∎ Sourcing required number of deputy managers, supervisors, security guards to meet specific requirements.
∎ Selecting and deploying the supervisors in projects and monitoring their activities
∎ Conduct training of new/existing security guards or guide existing trainers according to company policies and values
∎ Inspect security guard inspection reports on regular basis and report findings, communicating concerns over phone and providing quick solution.
∎ Follow up with new/existing project performance, gather client feedback to ensure smooth security operation
∎ Maintaining and supervising the uniform ledger, ensure work orders for new uniform.
∎ Monitor the and provide monthly training on duties and responsibilities to the supervising team to increase and maintain awareness to ensure a professional team of security guards and supervisors.
∎ Ensure regular day/night visits of operation managers per policy and review the post visit sheet and supervise the performance of supervising team and operation managers.
∎ Follow up and ensure collection of payments from clients
∎ Carry out inquiry/investigations if any incident occurs in projects and take adequate action.
∎ Take disciplinary action against supports staff according to investigation findings.
∎ Motivate and counsel security team on regular basis while they work round the clock as per demand and arrange shifts accordingly.
∎ Arranging and performing special roster duties on long Holidays such as Festival Holidays.
∎ Managing office staff to ensure a friendly/ productive work environment.
∎ Take active part in weekly meetings with directors and office staff and make sure new processes are implement and actions are taken accordingly
∎ Take active part in expansion of the company including services, products and new diversification ideas
∎ Performing special activities as and when assigned by the management.
∎ Will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to grow the number of clients and recruit security guards.
∎ Should be able to professionally speak to potential clients and represent the company policies.
∎ Should be able to professionally speak to potential clients to explain the client contract, work order etc.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Security, Security related activities.
∎ Candidate must have experience in Security Management and operation.
∎ Interpersonal skill and very good leadership capability.
∎ Good Command on Spoken and Written English.
∎ Must be able to know how to drive a motorcycle.
∎ Be proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and basic computer skills.
∎ Disruptive growth mentality and hard working.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Must be honest and dedicated.
∎ Positive attitude to work after office hours (if required).

Salary:
∎ Tk. 50000 - 60000 (Monthly)
∎ With scope of accelerated promotion and financial benefits.
