Responsibilities & Context:
∎ . Establish the company’s brand image & make it sustainable in the real estate
∎ market in Bangladesh
∎ . Contacting potential and existing customers by field visit and online search
∎ . Market analysis for sales, pricing, and new product acquisition.
∎ . Maintain liaison with the clients & follow up on regular basis
∎ . Prepare daily & monthly sales report & provide feedback to Superior on regular basis
∎ . Maintain good relationship with clients
∎ . Any other tasks assigned by the management
