∎ . Experience in managing large-scale of sales and marketing operations in the GEO Bag sector
∎ . Able to manage sales & collection (monetary) effectively.
∎ · Inventory management.
∎ · Growth and customer satisfaction.
∎ · The incumbent is expected to create and foster a culture of continuous improvement across the Sales & Marketing teams.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ . Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve short and long-term
∎ business objectives
∎ . Drive product launches, campaigns, and promotions in coordination with
∎ product and marketing teams
∎ . Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and
∎ identify new market opportunities and develop strategic partnerships.
∎ . Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues or complaints
∎ . Manage, motivate and collaborate with the marketing team to create effective
∎ marketing campaigns to meet sales objectives.
∎ . Provide coaching and mentorship to the sales and marketing team
∎ . Track sales performance and analyze market trends
∎ . Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients
∎ . Sales reports and present to senior management
