Education:
    • Master of Business Administration (MBA)
    • Master of Business Management (MBM)
    • Diploma in Hotel Management
  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related discipline (Master’s preferred).
  • Professional certifications in Hospitality Leadership / Hotel Operations will be an added advantage.

Skills Required:

Additional Requirements:
  • Age 35 to 55 years
  • At least 5–7 years in a senior leadership role (Hotel Manager / Director of Operations / Resident Manager) in a 5-star or luxury international hotel.
  • Strong understanding of luxury hotel operations, guest relations, and brand service standards.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Strong analytical and financial management capabilities.


Responsibilities & Context:

The General Manager – Operations will be responsible for overseeing the overall hotel operations, ensuring world-class service delivery, guest satisfaction, and financial performance.

  • Lead and manage all operational departments, including Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, Spa, Security, Engineering, and Guest Services.
  • Ensure guest satisfaction by maintaining luxury service standards and personalized guest experiences.
  • Develop and execute operational strategies aligned with hotel objectives and brand standards.
  • Monitor budgets, control costs, and maximize revenue opportunities across all departments.
  • Maintain compliance with safety, hygiene, and statutory requirements.
  • Implement guest feedback systems and drive continuous service improvement.
  • Foster a culture of excellence, teamwork, and professional development among staff.
  • Represent the hotel with owners, corporate office, local authorities, and key stakeholders.
  • Handle guest escalations, crisis management, and ensure smooth resolution of operational issues.
  • Drive innovation in guest services, sustainability initiatives, and brand reputation.
