- Professional certifications in Hospitality Leadership / Hotel Operations will be an added advantage.

Skills Required: Additional Requirements: - At least 5–7 years in a senior leadership role (Hotel Manager / Director of Operations / Resident Manager) in a 5-star or luxury international hotel.
- Strong understanding of luxury hotel operations, guest relations, and brand service standards.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Strong analytical and financial management capabilities.
Responsibilities & Context: The General Manager – Operations will be responsible for overseeing the overall hotel operations, ensuring world-class service delivery, guest satisfaction, and financial performance.
- Lead and manage all operational departments, including Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, Spa, Security, Engineering, and Guest Services.
- Ensure guest satisfaction by maintaining luxury service standards and personalized guest experiences.
- Develop and execute operational strategies aligned with hotel objectives and brand standards.
- Monitor budgets, control costs, and maximize revenue opportunities across all departments.
- Maintain compliance with safety, hygiene, and statutory requirements.
- Implement guest feedback systems and drive continuous service improvement.
- Foster a culture of excellence, teamwork, and professional development among staff.
- Represent the hotel with owners, corporate office, local authorities, and key stakeholders.
- Handle guest escalations, crisis management, and ensure smooth resolution of operational issues.
- Drive innovation in guest services, sustainability initiatives, and brand reputation.
