Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Oversee and manage the entire export process from order placement to delivery.
∎ Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and export laws.
∎ Coordinate with supply chain, logistics, and sales teams to streamline operations.
∎ Develop and implement export strategies to penetrate new markets.
∎ Monitor changes in trade policies and adapt strategies accordingly.
∎ Negotiate with shipping lines, freight forwarders, and customs agents.
∎ Prepare and manage all import documentation and ensure accuracy.
∎ Manage and mentor the import operations team.
∎ Resolve any issues related to import shipments.
