The General Manager (Marketing) for Resort Share Sales is responsible for overseeing the entire marketing and sales operations for resort membership or vacation ownership programs. This executive role focuses on revenue growth, strategic market positioning, team leadership, and delivering exceptional customer experience in the luxury resort sector.
Strategic Marketing & Sales Leadership
Develop and implement overall marketing and sales strategies for resort shares/memberships.
Set ambitious sales targets and monitor progress against KPIs.
Identify new markets, customer segments, and business growth opportunities.
Brand & Market Positioning
Strengthen the resort’s brand presence in the local and international market.
Plan and execute marketing campaigns across digital, print, and events.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.

Manage key accounts, corporate partnerships, and VIP clients.
