Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance, Accounting (MBA from IBA will be given preference).
∎ Professional Certification from ICAB (ACA, FCA), CMA, CPA.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervise the operation of Finance/Banking functionalities of the Group.
∎ Monitor, supervise & guide the team members of finance & Banking works.
∎ Liaison with all banks management for conducting smooth fund management as well as sound business operation of the group.
∎ Arrange fund in time for repayment of loan/ investment installment to avoid charging panel interest by the bank as well as avoid loan classification.
∎ Preparation of daily Fund Flow Statement and report to management about the status of the fund.
∎ Appropriate planning for utilization of EDF, other foreign fund & suggestion to the management for making best available investment.
∎ Excellent knowledge about international banking and international trade, loan management and project financing.
∎ Update knowledge about BRPD circulars, DFIM circulars, Bangladesh Bank's Scheme, Refinance Scheme etc.
∎ Responsible for providing accurate and fully compliant financial information to the public, banking partners, external auditors and other external agencies as required.
∎ Assist with other department for effective implementation of the activities for the greater benefit of the group.
∎ Any other activities assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 15 year(s) in a large Group of Companies involving more than 10,000 employees.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Accounts, Finance,
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
∎ International Trade & Textile Sector (Garments, Textile, Dyeing, Printing & Washing Factory)
∎ Can handle huge volume of financial activities, handling manpower under him.
∎ Sound Knowledge and experience of working in Tally & ERP environment.
∎ The candidate should have vast experience in Bank loan management.
