Our Rotor Spin Unit was established in 2007 with vision to produce rotor yarn and is also a 100% export oriented yarn manufacturing unit. Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain all sorts of accounting entries in Tally ERP software independently.
∎ Oversee the bookkeeping function including maintenance of the general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable and payroll
∎ Preparation of monthly, quarterly, half yearly & statutory accounts.
∎ Supervising inventories, receivable, payable and General Accounting function etc.
∎ Develop and maintain financial accounting systems for cash management, accounts payable, accounts receivable, credit control, and petty cash
∎ Track and ensure recovery all accounts payable within and outside the organization.
∎ Support the management in arriving at profitability analysis, product pricing, project costing, budgeting, MIS etc.
∎ Provide accurate and timely reporting on the financial activity of individual projects
∎ Ensure adequate cash flow to meet the organization's needs.
∎ To guide the concerned Accounts team in financial management, including financial planning, budget, and control to obtain the highest service advantage with a minimum cost impact.
∎ Budgeting:-
∎ Establish guidelines for budget and forecast preparation, and prepare the annual budget and report variance report.
∎ Prepare Master budget and foresee the collective controlling on it.
∎ Budget preparation, Fund allocation, execution and keeping budgetary control.
∎ Compares previous year's budgets and try to improve the drawbacks.
∎ Reporting:-
∎ Cost Benefit Analysis of each activity in business Processes, identifying key and critical processes to operate at optimum Cost.
∎ Advise the top management about overall financial position of all concerns of the Group
∎ Preparation, analysis and interpreting of financial statement of the company.
∎ Develop and maintain timely and accurate financial statements and reports.
∎ Any other task assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years

∎ Account, Business Analyst, Advisory, Audit, Chartered Account (CPA),CEO/MD/Country Manager, Director on Board, Accounts Head /GM-Accounts, Financial Controller, Head/GM -Finance.
