∎ M. Com. in Accounting or Finance
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA)

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 15 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Financial Planning and Analysis: Developing financial strategies and plans, conducting financial analysis, forecasting financial performance, and managing budgets.
∎ Financial Reporting: Preparing and presenting financial reports to the board of directors and stakeholders, analyzing financial data, and providing insights to support decision-making.
∎ Credit Management: Acquiring credit facility/ funds from domestic Banks/ Financial institutions and Foreign sources.
∎ Cash Management: Managing cash flow, overseeing accounts receivable and payable, managing cash reserves, and investing surplus cash.
∎ Tax Management: Ensuring compliance with tax laws and regulations, managing tax filings, and identifying tax-saving opportunities.
∎ Investor Relations: Managing relationships with investors and stakeholders, communicating financial performance, managing expectations, and achieving financial goals.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Have 05 to 10 years of practical experience in Banking & Commercial (Export & Import) and or in the RMG/ Textiles Sector.
