Responsibilities & Context:
Ensure daily, monthly, quarterly & yearly financial reports are submitted to Management.
Oversee Costing, Fund Management, Investment, Tax, VAT, Banking issue, budget, Inventory, Cost control.
Develop and monitor accounts & financial operation, reporting, and internal control system.
Ensure all regulatory compliance relating to the Company Act, Income Tax, Corporate Tax, Personal Tax, Tax Return, VAT, Company Closing, balance sheet etc.
Sound knowledge International Accounting Standard (IAS) & International Financial Reporting Standard (IFRS).
Any other assignment not detailed herein & felt conducive by Management as and when necessary.
