Educational Requirements:
∎ Candidate should have Bachelor degree from any reputed universities in Bangladesh.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide counseling assistance to the GBV affected survivors and at risk girls to bring positive changes in life to ensure effective social reintegration.
∎ Conduct mental health assessment to GBV survivors with some traumatic symptom.
∎ Find out the mentally and physically traumatized women and ways for their mitigation.
∎ Provide motivational support to the family members to accept the GBV survivors.
∎ Maintain confidentiality and security of survivors and at risk girls information at all time.
∎ Identify potential survivors and at risk girls with the assistance of Project staffs for counseling and skill development training.
∎ Provide necessary information and motivation for proper referral of survivors and at risk girls.
∎ Conduct meeting with families of GBV survivors and at risk girls.
∎ Liaison and establish continue networking with other partner organization and agencies for the benefit of vulnerable women and girls.
∎ Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor.
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 1-2 years’ experience in relevant fields.
∎ Previous experience in international organization is an advantage. Knowledge and experience with working in the field and medical emergency department and Trauma management will be added as advantage.
∎ Effectively applies knowledge on clinical skills, bedside manner, infection control, administering medication, phlebotomy, maintenance etc.
∎ Adequate practical knowledge on handling child delivery and its complication.
∎ Works effectively with local authorities, stakeholders, and beneficiaries.
∎ Fluency in both spoken and written Bangla and English languages,knowledge of the local dialect (Chittagonian) would be an asset.
∎ Good computer skills, especially in MS Office and data entry templates.
∎ Priority will be given to the candidates who demonstrate a high level of motivation and good communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Honesty and high level of professional integrity.
Salary: Tk. 45000 (Monthly)
